Kelli Preston

Kelli Preston is a partner of Davis Moldaver LLP. Founded in 2000, the firm specializes in banking and real estate litigation, corporate and shareholder disputes, mortgage remedies and professional negligence.

Ms. Preston’s practice is focused on professional negligence claims, real estate and mortgage litigation cases, securities litigation and general corporate/commercial litigation. Working on cases at all levels of court in Canada; Ms. Preston has co-counselled several significant cases at the trial and appellate level and has assisted with a multimillion dollar arbitration.

Ms. Preston graduated from Osgoode Hall with an L.L.B. in 2002. She began her career as a lawyer at Davis Moldaver after her call to the bar and became a partner with Davis Innes in 2004.

Prior to her call to the bar in January 2003, Ms. Preston was a law clerk for 13 years. In this capacity, she gained significant experience working with prominent senior lawyers in the commercial litigation field, with a special emphasis on solicitor negligence claims. Ms. Preston also is experienced in mortgage recovery, debtor creditor and personal injury matters.
