Brendan Hughes is an associate with Davis Moldaver LLP, practicing primarily in the area of corporate/commercial litigation. Brendan appears regularly before judges and masters in the Superior Court of Justice, and has conducted various discoveries, mediations motions and pre-trials. Brendan has worked on files at all levels of court in Canada and co-counseled significant cases at the trial and appellate levels. Brendan has also appeared at a various administrative tribunals.

Brendan received his B.A. and L.L.B. from the University of British Columbia in 2000 and 2005 respectively and was called to the Ontario bar in 2006. Brendan joined Davis Moldaver in 2006 after articling with a large national law firm.
